J. Adam Beckman
J. Adam Beckman is the managing partner of Beckman Law Firm, LLC and practices extensively all over the state of Colorado. Mr. Beckman founded the firm on the principle that all clients deserve zealous, professional, and ethical legal representation.
Mr. Beckman began his legal career in 2005 with the 10th Judicial District as a Deputy District Attorney. In that role, Mr. Beckman gained extensive courtroom trial experience, handling hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases.
In 2007, Mr. Beckman left the District Attorney’s office and entered into private practice for criminal law cases, as well as representing clients in Divorce and Family law matters.
For the past fifteen years Mr. Beckman handled hundreds of complex divorce and child custody cases, including high asset divorces, and achieved great results for his clients. Mr. Beckman continues his criminal law practice by representing clients charged with misdemeanors and felony cases in Colorado

Kate Beckman
Kate Beckman is the founding member of Beckman Law Firm, LLC and represents clients all over Colorado. Ms. Beckman handles many different kinds of employment matters for both employees and employers, including claims of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, wrongful termination and wage issues. Ms. Beckman works with small businesses and individuals doing both defense and plaintiff counsel work, which gives her insight into how both sides handle these cases.
Ms. Beckman graduated from the University of Rochester in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2010 from University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
With over a decade of experience, Ms. Beckman is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Colorado. Prior to opening the practice, she worked for many years as an employment attorney for a highly regarded employment firm in Denver.
Ms. Beckman teaches a seminar for the Denver Bar Association and has published in The Colorado Lawyer. As a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Ms. Beckman works within the organization on the Solo/Small Firm and Employment Law sections. She is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Denver Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Colorado Plaintiff’s Employment Lawyers Association. Ms. Beckman was selected to the Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in Employment & Labor law in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
